Washing your waterproof garment
Washing your waterproof garment cleans the item, revitalises the Durable Water Repellency (DWR) coating and revives breathability. It's quick and easy - turnaround time when we receive your garment is 3-5 working days, excluding return shipping.
We clean garments in dedicated washing machines which are guaranteed free of contaminants such as detergent and conditioner - such contaminants have an adverse effect on water repellency and may cause long term damage to the fabric. We only use Nikwax Tech Wash to wash the garments; non-hazardous, Tech Wash is water based and biodegradable.
How to send us your garment
Please be sure to read our Wash & Reproof Terms and Condition below before placing your order.
Once you have paid for the service, please pack the garment in a protective bag for the health & safety of our staff. Enclose a copy of your order invoice then send your garment using tracked postage or courier to:

Terms and Conditions
Our wash & reproof service is offered subject to additional terms & conditions (see also our main Terms and Conditions here):
Washing
- We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of £20 if a garment is extremely dirty and requires dry cleaning.
- We cannot guarantee to remove blood stains, oil stains and similar.
- If you have stained the garment accidentally, please let us know if possible the chemical which has caused the stain.
Postage
The price includes return postage within the UK using the Royal Mail 48 hour service. For orders outside the UK we reserve the right to charge additionally for postage.
