We would be happy to provide a quotation based on photographs of the defective garment. Please contact us for access to our Dropbox account to upload photos of your garment.
Items we do not repair
We do not repair the following:
-Replacement of waterproof zips
-Patching down jackets and sleeping bags
-Repairing items with thick fabrics such as rucksacks
-Replacing seam seals
Health and Safety
Any item returned for repair must be washed first. Our Health and Safety policy requires all returned garments be in a clean and dry condition before work can commence. If you return an unclean item, we will contact you first. The charge for professional cleaning prior to repairing it is £10 per garment.
